If we confirm the box is faulty, then we will quote you for the repair. If the Box is not faulty or you decide not to go ahead with the repair then we can return your product to you for just £10 to cover the return carriage. Alternatively we can dispose of the Box in accordance with our WEEE policy. If you are unable to send the Box to us, let us collect it with one of our couriers, even from your place of work or a neighbours house, for a fixed price of £25, and this charge also includes the return carriage to yourself afterwards.
