New Installation

All of our freesat Installation Options include a Brand New Mini-Dish, a Quad or Octo LNB, Down-Lead Cables up to 20m each in either Black, White or Brown, and most importantly one of our lovely Engineers from TSG to install this for you. The Engineers we have are fully Qualified to NVQ Level 2 as a minimum, have at least 5 years’ experience installing Satellite Dishes and Aerials, are CRB checked and Insured to the tune of £5 million.
Our Engineers will discuss with you all suitable locations for the dish to be mounted and allow you to choose which one to go with. They will use the correct tools and any safety equipment required for the protection of both you and themselves whilst carrying out the Installation.
Upon completion, the Engineer will seal any entry holes, clear away any mess or waste materials, and a give you a full demonstration of your own freesat products. You will have a record sheet left with you containing the details of the work carried out, and also our full contact details should you ever have an issue or any need for our services in the future.

We would greatly appreciate any feedback you could leave us good or bad, so that we can improve the service we provide. Over the last four years we have installed over 50,000 freesat systems but that is no excuse for us to be complacent and so feedback is important, but not mandatory.
